Accolade’s Advanced Telematics Control Unit (TCU) is an IP6K9K-rated, OEM-validated (Mahindra & Swaraj) device for tractors and off-highway equipment. It features a 48-pin automotive connector, GNSS tracking (GPS and BeiDou), 4G connectivity with 2G fallback, ultra-low sleep current (<2mA), and an operating temperature range of −40°C to 85°C.
The AT-TCU-T-S-100 is a purpose-built telematics platform designed for tractors and farming equipment, delivering reliable data logging and Cellular connectivity for connected vehicle solutions in demanding field conditions.
Validated through OEM DVP programs to ensure reliable performance across rugged farming operations. Serves as a high-density telematic control module via 1 Ignition Input, 6 Digital Inputs (+6 PP), 2 Analog Inputs (+1 PP), and 2 High-Side Driver Digital Outputs (+2 PP).
Operates on a 9–16V range (12V nominal) with a device sleeping current under 2mA (<100mA normal), safeguarding tractor battery life during extended seasonal downtime
Built to withstand severe dust, high-pressure washdowns, and thermal limits from −40 to 85°C in off-highway field environments.
Integrated TLS 1.2 encryption with an external Hardware Security Module (HSM) safeguards vehicle data and ensures trusted communication across connected systems, supported by dual-core processing (Industrial Bare Metal MCU + FreeRTOS NAD) and up to 256MB configurable storage for real time telemetry.
Supports TCP, MQTT, HTTPS, and FTP cloud protocols over LTE Cat1 with 2G fallback. Over-the-air OTA updates via HTTPS and CAN enable efficient device maintenance, continuous improvement, and long-term deployment scalability.
